At Ergonomic Kneeling Chair, we want you to be fully satisfied with your posture-improving investment. If your chair doesn't perfectly fit your workspace, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Return

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Disassemble the kneeling chair and place all components, including hardware and tools, back into the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Ship the Item

Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned chair, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
